10/26 thru 11/1Sun 10/26: Rest Day Mon 10/27: 10x100 1 min RI. Felt OK despite the last one being a 17. Improving on claw motion. I just hope I don't fucking lose it later! Tues 10/28: Only got part of my weight routine in because the gay-ass 96 bus was too early and missed me today! Wait....YES.....HERE IT COMES.......:
Wed 10/29: 9x200 Shag jog RI. Kinda jizzed at first but felt good on the flow later in the workout. Did the last one with a nosebleed as a bonus! Thur 10/30: Usual Weights. 20-30 min jog to class field trip. Felt OK on weights, even PC's (!) Fri 10/31: Warm up routine. LOTS of trash at the school today! So taking it out probably should be part of the workout! Sat 11/1: 10x125 up "THE Hill". Felt pretty tired by the end. Wish the time could've been a bit better but I'm not really worried about the time now. Matt Scherer was with me today. DAMMIT! I should've had him stranded out in the forest so he'd have no way to whoop our asses in the arcade this month! ;-D |
