9/21 thru 9/27Sun 9/21: 6x150?. Question mark indicates that the distance I ran the intervals in was unknown. Workout went OK. Legs lifted great for once! Hips still won't pop though. had to do 150 on the XC trail because a bunch of soccer pricks were hogging the damn track! Mon 9/22: Active Rest Day. Jogged 15 minutes. Did 3x50 Trail Legs, and 3x50 Squats. Felt OK Tues 9/23: 4 x 300. 50, 52, 54, 52. Not great but could've been worse. Couldn't stay consistent. Legs lifted great then lifted shitty for the other 3 300's. And................oh yes...........my shit-ass hips STILL can't pop! Wed 9/24: Active Rest Day. Jogged 15 minutes. Did 3x50 Trail Legs, and 3x50 Squats. Felt OK Thur 9/25: Today was.............how shall I say..........FUCKING SHITTY!!!!! Did 6x150. 27,23,23,26,25. Dropped the last one because this shit is a waste of my energy! The las two were run on a complete-straight section of TuHS XC trail. No head/tailwind and STILL.........SHIT!!!
