Empb28's Workout Log:8/24-30Sun 8.24.2008: 4x4 Grass Hills at TuHS Track 4 min rest. Felt fairly good. Mon 8.25.2008: Short Pyramid (50, 100, 150, 150, 100, 50). Felt allright despite sleeping like shit last night Tue 8.26.2008: Long Pyramid (100, 200, 300, 300, 200, 100). Didn't feel so good. Had trouble lifting legs Wed 8.27.2008: 8 x 100. Felt sort-of better than yesterday. Trying to get arms to work with legs. Thur 8.28.2008: Down Ladder (300, 250, 200, 150, 100, 50). Coul've gone better. Trying to get my lazy-ass hips into it. Fri 8.29.2008: 1 mile on/off 150's. FUCKING AWFUL! Nothing wanted to lift or work or do anything. Sat 8.30.3008: Rest Day |
