10/19 thru 10/25

Sun 10/19: Warm Up Routine.  Felt OK.

Mon 10/20: 10x100 1 min RI. Legs still feel a little stiff and aren't lifting to their full potential still.  Felt OK despite it beind windy today.

Tues 10/21: Weight lifted.  Felt pretty good except on PC's.  Can't pull bar high enough when I try to do 135.

Wed 10/22: 8x200 shag jog 200 RI. Felt OK. Got a good flow but couldn't engage a clawing motion when I strike the ground.  God I love it when there no PE class or soccer pricks hogging the track!!!!

Thur 10/23: Felt good on the weights but not as good as Tuesday. 

Fr1 10/24: Warm-up Routine. Felt pretty good

Sat 10/25: Galena, MO workout. It's called that because it consists of a 600-500-600-500-600 or 6-5-6-5-6 for short and 65656 happens to be the ZIP-code for Galena, MO (YAY RANDOMNESS!:P).  Died on the 600's. 500's didn't feel much better.  Got a good flow with my legs at first but struggled to maintain it.  Football pricks hogged the track this time.  I don't care what ball-sprot you play.  STAY THE FUDGE OF MY GODDAMN TRACK!!!!!:-)
