9/28 thru 10/4Sun 9/28: Rest Day Mon 9/29: 4x300, 2x150. (51,54,54,59[YEAH BITCHES!:-P],23,25). Felt awful. It was pretty warm for a late September day today. Can't step through! Can't stay consistent! But I can do shitty just fine and all!!!! Am I forgetting something? Oh that's right........ ┏┫ | | ┣┓ ┏ This is for today's shitty workout which wasted my time! Tues 9/30: The PSU weight room will be acessible by me this term for once:-0! Thus I got into weight lifting today. Did Squats(3x10x135), PC's(3x10x90), and incline bench (3x10x50). No ASCII flip-off today. Felt pretty good while lifting. Wed 9/31: 15 min jog active rest day. Felt good. Thur 10/1: Lifted weights again. Squats and PC's were the same as Tuesday. Tried 15x60 on incline bench but could only do 15 for one set so I dropped to 55. Having a traditional fall cold goddammit! Nose is stuffy and I'm coughing a lot. Fri 10/2: Rest day, I HOPE my cold is going away!
