9/14 thru 9/20

Sun 9/14: 8 x 150. HORRIBLE YET AGAIN! Feeling deflated as usual.  Getting super-frustrated here!

Mon 9/15: 8-10 x 100.  This is no social crisis, just another shitty day for me (As Pete Townsend would say). Nice n' deflated. Can't realx and flow with it. Thus I dropped the workout after 5 of the 100's.

Tues 9/16: Short Pyramid (50, 100, 150, 150, 100, 50). Matt Scherer was the Special Guest-star today!  He said my form looked pretty good but I still feel deflated and out-of-control. He also pointed out that my deflatedness was probably caused by weak hip flexors. I need new shoes soooooo freaking bad!

Wed 9/17: Active Rest Day. Jogged for 15 minutes and then did 3x30 Trail Leg Lifts, 3x10 Close Grip (I think that's what they're called) pushups, and 3x15 Straight Leg Raises. Feeling OK today.  As always, I'm hoping I'm on the right track (No Pun Intended).

Thur 9/18: 6 x 150.  Finally got new shoes today. Yeah, like I thought that was gonna help! Still can't get my knees high enough. Didn't see much difference in the times. Feeling deflated still. Hips won't go! Did 3x50 trail leg lifts over a bench. I REALLY need help on getting my knees higher.

Fri 9/19: Jogged 15 minutes again.  Did 3x50 trail leg lifts over a bench, 3x10 Close Grip pushups, 3x50 squats, and 3x20 partner leg push thingys. New shoes feel great.

Sat: Rest Day
