9/7 thru 9/13

Sun 9/7: Rest Day

Mon 9/8: Long Valley (300, 200, 100, 100, 200, 300). Helped myself out by leaning forward. Still feeling kind of funny though and not sure if I even have the form down at all.

Tues 9/9: 9 x 100. Shit shit shit shit shit...........shit shit shit.....shit shit SHIT! I'm deflated and feel weak even though I leaned forward and I just can't get it!  I HATE MY LIFE!!!!!! (Note for review: More cuss words=Worse Day)

Wed 9/10: Short Valley (150, 100, 50, 50, 100, 150). FINALLY a fairly good day! Leaning forward actually worked for me.  Did well despite running in my 2-year old beat-up flats! 

Thur 9/11: Down Ladder (300, 250, 200, 150, 100, 50). Felt OK.  Starting to realize the benefits of leaning forward.  Almost PRed in the 100.  The fact that I almost PRed in a practice makes me think about giving Steven Hawking a ring-ding-ding again!

Fri 9/12: 6 x 150. BACK 2 SHIT! Couldn't even break 25.................except when I started running flat footed!  SOMEBODY PLEASE GIVE ME DR. HAWKING'S PHONE NUMER/ADDRESS/ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sat 9/13: Rest Day
