10/5 thru 10/11

Sun 10/5: Saw my other coach (Matt Scherer) today.  Didn't do anything because of my cold.  Had a nice talk with him about some of my concerns and thoughts. Gave him a fair warning about how I was catching up with his Kill Kenny arcade record!;-)

Mon 10/6: 10x100 1 min rest.  Didn't time them. Felt winded from my cold but also felt good to get back into things.  Did the warm up Matt suggested. Got pissed when I found that PSU's weight room was closed when I thought it was open. Have to wait to lift til tomorrow [goddammit!]

Tues 10/7: Lifted wieghts. Did the usual warmup just to stay consistent. The PC's felt horrible.  I'm not sure I'm doing them quite right enough still. Felt OK today even though this cold is still sticking around.

Wed 10/8: 6x200, 200 shag jog in between. Felt like shit! Legs couldn't lift very well because I did weights yesterday. Thus dedicated this workout to lifting them through the fatigue. FUCK THIS COLD!!!!

Thur 10/9: Lifted weights.  Felt pretty good except on PC's. Didn't sleep too well last night becaus eof my cold so my energy level was shitty.

Fri 10/10: Rest day. Pushing liquids so my cold can get out of me. Bumped 500's up to tomorrow.

Sat 10/11: 4x"500" 4 min RI. FUCK THE GODDAM MOTHERFUCKING SOCCER PRICKS HOGGING THE TUHS TRACK!!! Had to to my 500's on the XC trail. Determined a segment of the trail 500 meters long on the map but actually it turned out to be 460 meters long so I really did 4x460.  Still got a good workout though. HERE IT COMES................................DRUMROLL..........
