10/12 thru 10/18

Sun 10/12: Rest Day.  Cold is pretty much gone! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Mon 10/13: 10x100 1 min RI.  Felt pretty good.  Timed one of them.  It was a low 16 but that was at 50-60% of effort.  Damn TuHS PE class pricks hogging the track!

Tues 10/14: Lifted weights.  Felt tired but OK.

Wed 10/15: 7x200 shag jog in between. Felt pretty good. I look like I've got PERFECT 800 meter form but still need to work on getting my knees higher.  Timed the last one. Was a low 34.

Thur 10/16: Lifted weigts.  Felt like shit.  I was sluggish and couldn't get with it! I struggled to do 10x185 on the squats and I could do 10 of that weight EASILY 2 years ago!

Fri 10/17: Rest day.

Sat 10/18: 6x250 up the Meier Drive Hill.  FUDGIN' HARD!!!! Legs locked up and threw away the key halfway up the hill.  Died on the 4th or 5th one.  Felt shitty but also felt like I got a good strength workout in.  Times were 54, 51, 52,56, 55, 58.
