11/2 thru 11/8

Sun 11/2: Rest day

Mon 11/3: 10x100 1 min RI. Felt fairly good.  Step through was a little choppy but maintained flow most of the time. '

Tues 11/4: Weights went pretty well. Died on the incline bench though. Almost got 135 for PC's. Just have to work up the courage to squat down a little more.

Wed 11/5: 10x200 200 shag jog RI. Felt OK at first but then morale declined. Lost he step through-claw motion on the 6th one.  Worked on powering through the last 50 on the last 4 200's. Had LOTS of trouble changing gears! Bad weather could've been a factor. 

Thurs 11/6: Felt pretty good but rather tired on the weights today.  Stil can't get 135 on PC's but getting close.

Fri 11/7:Warm-up Routine, 10x100 yard strides. Legs were stiff as fuck!

Sat 11/8: 6x300 4 min RI. 52, 54, ?, 52,56,55. Did OK on step-through and flow but lost it about 200 meters in on each of them.  Times we're shit but I won't worry about them right now since I'm not supposed to.  However I will say that they are a fucking joke as a reflection of my hard work and that I know I should've come in about 49-50 on at least one of the 300's. Yes these times deserve this:
