Empb28's workout Log: 8/31 to 9/6

Sun 8/31: Long Pyramid (100, 200, 300, 300, 200, 100). Felt shitty again. Can't get a descent range of motion worth a fuck anymore! Also having trouble with running in a sit-down position.

Mon 9/1: 8 x 100. Still feeling shitty. Struggling to achieve adequate range of motion and a good support phase. Feeling like a deflated beach ball.

Tues 9/2: Down Ladder (300, 250, 200, 150, 100, 50). Shitty yet again but ever so slightly better. Working hard to get pop in my legs and my hard honest work is yielding shitty results!

Wed 9/3: Short Pyramid (50, 100, 150, 150, 100, 50). I think I know why I've been feeling bad the last several days. My 2 1/2 year old running shoes are beaten to death. Thus I ran in my spikes today.  Felt a little better but still something is wrong. 

Thur 9/4: Mile 150's. Felt a bit better but still can't make my quadricep ROM work with my hip/leg ROM to greatly improve my overall ROM.  Not feeling "dominant" over the ground.

Fri 9/5: 6 x 150.  Getting range of motion back slowly but surely. Ran 2 consecutive 150's in the same amount of time despite running one completely flat footed and the other properly (On my toes).  This makes me think that I'm the center of a logic and space anamoly.  I should probably contact Dr. Stephen Hawking on this one.Tongue out
